NO REFUNDS!!! 

Exchanges: Only ONE exchange allowed for waist trainers. I must be notified of request for exchange within 24-48 hours from date of delivery. If item is too small, please have someone help you put it on before notifying us. You will then have 24-48 hours to return your item back and send me tracking information. It is YOUR responsibility to cover return shipping costs to and from. Once I receive the item back that you are exchanging, I will issue you a gift card number (via email) to purchase your correct size. The normal shipping policy of 5-8 business days apply for all exchanges, so please measure yourselves according to the sizing charts and feel free to ask any questions if you need help so that we can try to avoid this long process.
